NEW DAD SUPPORT GROUP
Meeting Online Tuesdays at 6:30pm

This isn’t another parenting class.

You won’t find this on Reddit or YouTube.

New Dad Support is a 10-week skills and discussion group for men who are expecting, new fathers (0-2 years), or wanting to strengthen their foundation as dads.

This is a space where you can give and take real support—both practical and emotional—from guys who actually get it. Trade tips and tools. Share the hopes, struggles, and wins you can’t say anywhere else.

Stop white-knuckling your way into or through fatherhood and start doing it differently.

What you’ll work on:

→ Managing stress without losing yourself
→ Strengthening your relationship (not just surviving it)
→ Handling self-doubt and the “Am I doing this right?” spiral
→ Breaking old patterns and becoming the dad you want to be
→ Finding your people when fatherhood feels isolating

FAQs
Do I need to be in therapy already?
Nope. This group stands on its own.
What if I’m on baby care duty during the group time?
You’re welcome to hold, soothe, rock, feed, or even diaper your baby during group (that’s part of why it’s on Zoom).
How does the monthly meetup work?
It’s easy. One Saturday morning per month I bring donuts and coffee to my office for an in-person group session for those who can make it. Others can still join us on Zoom.
What if I have an older kid?
The focus is on expecting/new fathers, but the themes are universal. Let’s talk about fit during your consultation.
I’m not good at talking about feelings.
Most guys aren’t. That’s kind of the point. Don’t worry. You’ll learn.
